Ongoing closet clearing

On a very regular basis, I look at my garderobe, including work out clothing, PJ’s etc.
If there is any faded cotton, or things that I don’t wear because they don’t really fit well or I think I need to keep them for a reason that I cannot explain, I put them on a pile and most of the time it is a give away or throw away pile!
We hold on to clothing that is washed out, the elastin is worn out, your PJ has shrunk to a size that really does not fit, the wool is pilling to such an extent that a wool comb doesn’t do the trick anymore, the bra does not support anymore, and your light-colored undies have been washed to often with darker colors.
We throw away food that is over the expiry date more easily than we throw away our clothing. But what does it say about us? Why do we hold on to stuff that does not lift us up, but instead takes us down?
Be bold and get rid of all those pieces that don’t suit the Dare to Wear You anymore!
